For property investment services, including project management and investment strategy planning, refunds are not typically offered once services have commenced. However, we are committed to resolving any issues and will work with clients to address concerns promptly.

3. Booking and Payment for Events or Webinars

For any paid events, webinars, or training sessions organized by FXM Properties, cancellations made 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations after this period may result in a 50% refund, depending on the circumstances.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees, such as application fees, property deposits, or other administrative costs, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly outlined at the time of booking or agreement.
