FXM Properties was born out of a simple frustration: too many landlords spend their evenings and weekends chasing paperwork, chasing tenants, and chasing tradespeople. The UK property market is full of opportunity, but it is also full of complexity, and most landlords did not sign up to be full-time compliance managers.
